You cannot begin to imagine how wonderfully helpful this is. I am currently working in healthcare project management and we are using Scrum. One of the reasons is that using “user stories” facilitates personnel to put themselves in the patient’s and/or family’s shoes. This is an amazing tool; I am definitely incorporating some of your concepts.
